Features
The labeling machine is a new concept in labeling. Instead of pre-cutting or stacking labels, it uses a continuous operation to cut labels, apply glue, and then paste them to the container. Adopt Schneider servo motor and Siemens PLC control, simple operation, stable and reliable operation.
2. The containers transported by the conveyor belt are separated by screws according to the spacing of the star wheels, and sent to the label guide plate by the star wheels. The container begins to be rotated by a vacuum drum to complete the labeling. During the whole labeling process, the container is close to the vacuum drum and rotates in sync with the vacuum drum, so the label is very flat and tight.
3. The production speed can reach 18,000 bottles per hour, which can be connected to the high-speed filling line for production, greatly improving the production speed and saving the production cost.
4. The man-machine interface can clearly display the actual state of the machine, output, hot melt temperature, glue temperature and other information, convenient for users to troubleshoot, friendly operation interface. When you redebug or change a standard, you can start it manually or tap it, which is easy to do.
